Twitter is down again

Yet again, following a pattern that's predictable as night and day, Twitter is down. Right in the middle of chatting with my friends, too. Yeah, I know it's planned maintenance, but I'm tired of being shut out. Yo', Ev and Biz, what's the deal here guys?
