There seems to be some confusion about the new Web App, however. Although the Apple Web site refers to it as an "iPhone app" it's really just a Web app – no dedicated app is available in Apple's App Store.
What's more, the Web app was created by Cerado, who also makes a Change.gov widget, after Change.gov opened its content with the Creative Commons license.
