US Robotics adds voice to Sportster modems
Modem king of the hill US Robotics has released a voice-capable version of its hugely popular Sportster device.

Called Sportster Voice, the £199, 33,600bps unit is available now in internal and external PC versions, with a Macintosh implementation due in the autumn. It is suitable for voice mail, speakerphone and all standard data/fax tasks.
Software supplied is the QuickLink MessageCentre or MacComCentre and a five-year warranty is standard.
