Where is SightSpeed for Linux?

Back in September I wrote about SightSpeed announcing a Linux version. At that time they said that it would initially be available as their Dell Video Chat powered by SightSpeed product on Dell netbooks with Linux, but that a general distribution SightSpeed for Linux product should be available in a few weeks.

Well, it's been a lot more than a few weeks, and there is still no sign of anything available for download, either from SightSpeed or from Dell Video Chat. I suspect that what has happened was that this got either side-tracked or dropped because of SightSpeed being acquired by Logitech. I hope that it has only been delayed, because I was really looking forward to it. But there has been so little information or activity since the announcement of the acquisition, that anyone's guess is as good as mine as to what is happening now.
