New reporting of the Israeli Trojan Fiasco

More than six months after the Israeli Trojan incident broke the New York Times has published the most comprehensve story on it. I don’t get it. That was an immensely important incident. For the first time it was revealed that big companies were hiring private investigators to use patently illegal methods to gather competitive information. That was big news when it happened, May 30, the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend here in the States. Not a single member of the business press reported it when they got back to their desks Tuesday. Does news not happen on holidays?
