Here's the roadmap that the release according to Neowin:

April 14: Support becomes available for XP SP3
April 21: OEMs, volume license, Connect, MSDN and TechNet subscribers get SP3
April 29: SP3 available via Microsoft Update, Windows Update and Download Center
June 10: SP3 available via Automatic Update

Is this correct? Only time will tell ... I've heard dates all across the board so I'm not betting the farm on anything.
