SINGAPORE, 3 May 2000 - Wing Tai Holdings Limited and Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited have announced today a joint venture agreement to develop Internet Service Centers in Singapore and the surrounding Southeast Asia region.

Winstate Investment Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings, and iAdvantage, a Sun Hung Kai Properties' and SUNeVision member company, plan to establish a data center in Singapore. This large-scale center will offer facility management, server co-location and network management for internet-centered businesses. These services aim to help internet-related businesses lower operating costs which in turn, serve to benefit consumers.

Plans are also being made for the setting up of an approximately 300,000 square feet Mega-Center in Singapore, as well as a joint force exploration of partnership in neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

The partnership aims to set new standards in Internet Service Centers in Southeast Asia. It also hopes to facilitate the development of both Hong Kong and Singapore to become the regional Internet and business hubs.

Wing Tai Holdings Limited is part of the regional network of public-listed companies that make up Wing Tai Asia, and offers property development and property management services.

iAdvantage provides facility management and server co-location services, as well as end-to-end solutions for Internet businesses. It has a network of Internet Service Centers throughout Hong Kong and China.
