Yahoo! Messenger for Android updated with free voice calls

The Yahoo! Messanger app for Android has been updated with some very useful features, but not everyone will be able to take advantage of them.

The latest version of the Yahoo! IM program includes free voice calling, additional language support and landscape video calling.

All of that sounds great. But here are the catches. First, your Android phone has to be running Froyo (version 2.2). Fair enough. Second, the app is only supported by the HTC Evo 4G or MyTouch 4G. That's it. Seriously.

The app is in the Android Market now and available to download for free. Congrats to those of you who can grab it.
