The decade's almost over and it was clearly dominated by the Web---and all the annoying things Internet spawned.

CNET put together a gallery of 10 years worth of the worst memes, videos and business models. The list is far from exhaustive. How can Ashton Kutcher on Twitter and the race to 1 million followers (now 4 million plus) not get a mention? That's where you come in. Toss in your most annoying Web developments in the last 10 years and we'll compile them.
