Bill shock par excellence

Why do we get so het up about data roaming charges? Oh yeah, now I remember. Stories like this one from the Telegraph, in which some lucky person gets slapped with an £11k bill from Vodafone.

Apparently his wife set up downloads, over his phone (why, I have no idea) for four episodes of TV's equivalent of death and taxes, Friends. The downloads began on British soil but automatically continued when he flew to Germany.

Ofcom is investigating, apparently...
