JetBlue's high-tech terminal
At the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo in Orlando, Fla., Joseph Eng, JetBlue's executive vice president of systems and technology, explained how IT is going to be integrated into the company's new high-tech terminal, set to open October 22 in JFK. Wi-Fi and more self-service kiosks, he says, aren't just ways for JetBlue to save money--they also empower customers to create their own travel experience as well. Interviewers: Patrick Meehan, Gartner Research vice president, and Barbara Gomolski, Gartner Research managing vice president.
