MP: Internet 'too fast for legislation'
Community action as well as international law enforcement is necessary to police the internet, MP Alun Michael told ZDNet UK at the Infosecurity Europe 2009 event in London
The rules of internet behaviour should be negotiated by online communities, while the police should work internationally to detect and pursue online criminals, according to Alun Michael, MP for Cardiff South and Penarth, who spoke to ZDNet UK at Infosec 2009 in London.
