Stockwatch Daily: New Year hangover continues for tech stocks
The stock markets have again opened on a poor note with the FTSE 100 down 0.6 per cent and the TechMARK trading 0.7 per cent lower on Tuesday's trading.

The stock markets have again opened on a poor note with the FTSE 100 down 0.6 per cent and the TechMARK trading 0.7 per cent lower on Tuesday's trading.
Notably, Vodafone suffered a fall of almost 3.5 per cent while Autonomy, the internet software company, is down 6.7 per cent. Overnight, the Nasdaq also turned in a poor performance dropping seven per cent. Germany's Neuer Markt 50 fell 1.3 per cent on its opening, following news that shares in ecommerce outfit Intershop plunged 70 per cent.
