SunRocket-to-TeleBlend reader: I can't get incoming calls

A reader of this blog who has moved from SunRocket to TeleBlend just pinged me to tell me that according to his experience, incoming call service on TeleBlend service has been out for a day now."My (new) business is undoubtedly suffering," he writes.

A reader of this blog who has moved from SunRocket to TeleBlend just pinged me to tell me that according to his experience, incoming call service on TeleBlend service has been out for a day now.

"My (new) business is undoubtedly suffering," he writes. "There is nothing on the Teleblend website indicating that there is a problem and what the status is- even on the Network Status link! This is outrageous."

The reader then  details to me the  calling-arounds he has made, the contrary information he has been told and the lack of specific data.  Seems like the only specifics he was able to glean is that  the Global Crossing network was indeed down, it's being worked on,  and should be up in 24-48 hours.

Reader is far from chilled out. "I have no confidence in this," he writes.
