The software giant's homepage is currently unavailable. So are msn.com and msnbc.com. A spokeswoman for the company said: "We're working on the problem at the moment but have no ETA for when it will be fixed." She added that subsidiary sites are still being investigated. She had no information on what caused the outage. We'll have more on this story later...
