Walmart early Black Friday deals

Walmart, a familiar face when Black Friday appears, has launched sales deals for the family market.

Deals of interest:

- Apple iPad mini 2 16GB WiFi ($269, now $199)

- Sceptre X505BV-FMQR 50" 1080p 60Hz LED HDTV ($499, now $329)

- Apple iPhone 5S 4G LTE 16GB Prepaid Smartphone ($649, now $299)

- Dell Black 15.6" Inspiron 3542 laptop ($399, now $319)

Amazon's Black Friday deals countdown

Another company which prepares for Black Friday and Cyber Monday each year is online retail giant Amazon.

There are too many deals to mention and as Black Friday appears, the company offers lightning deals which only last for a few hours, as well as daily bargains in electronics.

You can find cut-price gadgets and gifts whether you're looking for a new PC, external hard drive, tablet, camera or smartphones. You will need to check every day or so to snap up the best savings.

Amazon Fire HD

A deal of particular interest offered by Amazon is the Amazon Fire HD tablet, currently on sale for $199.

The 10.1" model sports a 1280 x 800 pixel display, a 1.5GHz processor, up to 32GB storage and 1GB RAM.

The tablet also gives you access to Amazon Underground, a new service offering free apps and complimentary in-app purchases.

Groupon deals on Apple iPhones

If you're looking to upgrade your device but don't have much spare cash in the run-up to Christmas, for a limited time Groupon is offering unlocked refurbished iPhones -- the iPhone 5, iPhone 5S or iPhone 5c -- for a fraction of their usual prices.

Buy an Xbox One, get a free game

Until November 21, if you purchase an Xbox One console from Amazon, you can pick a game from the charts for free.

Games on offer include Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Halo 5 and NHL 16.
