The now playing screen has cover art at the center with lots of other information and controls available. You can choose to like or dislike the song, play/pause it, and skip forward (up to 6 times per station). Volume controls and download cache status is also shown. Tapping the "i" icon takes you to a screen with details on the musician.

When you select Favorites you will see your favorite artists and songs up top with some of your favorite stations below. Tapping any of these will launch the station and start playing music.
