    The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) now bans flights up to 400 feet within the boundaries of 10 key landmarks in the United States.

    From 5 October, unless permission has been gained from the US authority, drone hobbyists can face criminal charges and prosecution for flying their devices too close to these landmarks.
