Microsoft Surface Book: The 'ultimate laptop' in pictures

You can pre-order the Surface Book on October 7th and the laptop itself is available on October 26th. The price is $1499.
The Surface Book is powered by an Intel 6th Gen Core i7 Procesor. It weights just 1.6 pounds.
Microsoft says the new Surface Book is twice the speed of the Macbook Pro.
The result is the laptop is slated to be powerful enough to play the latest 3D games with ease as well handle any GPU-
intensive application, such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
The trackpad is optimized by Windows engineering team. It's made of glass and it glides. Supposedly the pad has a totally new feel to it.
Microsoft says the Surface Book has "best-in-class key stroke" and that its "keyboard is quiet, stable and comfortable."
Like most modern laptops the Surface Book has backlit keyboard that have thick-looking keys but is designed to be quiet.
The dynamic fulcrum hinge strongly keep the screen and base part of the laptop together, but also allow for easy separation. You can pull the two a part and turn the screen into a tablet.
The hinge can automatically expand when need be.
The screen and the base are connected via a special hinge called "dynamic fulcrum hinge"

The Surface Book has USB ports on the base part.
The Surface Book has a 13.5" PixelSense touchscreen but also comes with a stylus. The screen has 6 million optically bonded million pixels and is made of Gorilla Glass.
