How many diamonds on that Pearl?
The BlackBerry is a device beloved of business people everywhere - but for the select few whose CrackBerry love knows no bounds, luxury gadget-maker Amosu has given the BlackBerry Pearl 8120 a very expensive makeover.

Amosu has announced a range of blinged up Pearl 8120s - including the Gold Edition, which has an 18 carat white, yellow or platinum gold base and sides and costs a cool £12,000; and the Pearlific Edition - also in 18 carat gold, with an intricate diamond-pattern design.
For those seeking real sparklers, however, it has crafted a Limited Diamond edition...

The Limited Diamond edition (pictured) is one of only 20 Pearls Amosu will make worldwide.
Like the other phones in the range, its sides and base are made of 18 carat gold, but this phone will also be "fully loaded" with some 900 hand-cut diamonds.
The prices for the Diamond edition and the Pearlific edition are not yet available. However Amosu also offers an 'iPhone Diamond' made with stainless steel that will set you back £20,000.

Don't like red? Never fear, the jewel-encrusted Pearl comes in other colours too.
Amosu said each luxury phone takes four weeks to create and comes with membership to "a bespoke concierge service" which gives owners seats at exclusive restaurants and fashion shows, and access to a fully chartered private yacht.
