COMMUNICASIA, SINGAPORE--The Brunei pavillion's biggest booth was Infindo, a mobile app development company from the petroleum rich country.
The company sees the need for a unified app store for all mobile systems and is expanding its portfolio from mobile apps to mobile app marketplaces. However, it does not plan to manage an app store but to build marketplaces for telcos. A company representative told ZDNet Asia that if telcos pre-install marketplaces on the phones they sell, they can get extra revenue when users buy through their marketplaces.
