Top 10 smartphones to kick off 2012
There are some fantastic smartphones to choose from, but it is getting a bit easier to pick out a top 10 list as manufacturers work to create high quality products and some platforms drop out of serious contention. Do you agree with my picks and what is your favorite device?

The upcoming HTC One X could surpass the iPhone as the number one device, but it is tough to compete with such an amazing collection of apps.
Nokia is back in the smartphone game with the high end Nokia Lumia 900 sporting LTE on AT&T's network.
It's tough to beat a Nexus device, but Samsung left something to be desired with this camera.
The HTC Titan II takes a great smartphone and makes it a bit better too.
The HTC One S has specs similar to the One X, but in a smaller form factor. It will be coming to T-Mobile this spring too.
The Droid RAZR Maxx is a solid, long lasting smartphone and the lack of ICS is what keeps it from scoring higher.
The Samsung Focus S is one of the best current Windows Phone devices that still competes with the best of them.
The Samsung Galaxy S II is still an excellent Android smartphone and with ICS now rolling out to them they will become even better.
I had to include my favorite all-time Windows Phone device. It helps that you can pick one up for just $100 too.
