This antivirus app scans all of your apps, both newly downloaded and previously installed, and grey lists anything that poses a potential threat. It also checks which apps have access to your personal data or could cost you money, and can lock and track any Android device that has been lost or stolen.
Call Logs

Price: US$3.99
This app logs all incoming, outgoing and missed calls, as well as SMSes, to your BlackBerry Calendar, so you know exactly when you called someone. The most recently released version added the ability to log SMSes.
Amazon Mobile
Platform: Android
Price: Free
Amazon for Android has had a pretty big update: you now have the full range of filter options as seen on the Amazon website, which includes shopping by department, as well as improved search corrections and some optimisations that make using the app faster and smoother. The old mainstays of being able to shop from the app and sync your Amazon account across devices are still there, and there's even a 5 to 15 per cent "subscribe and save" offer.

Telstra has added an iPhone app to those that were already available for Android and iPad. You can use the app to monitor your usage, pay bills, see past bills and, for prepaid services, also check your balance. It was first released for iPad, but is now out on Android.
PrintHand Mobile Print Premium

This app lets you print from your mobile via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, the cloud and USB. The printer wizard detects printers and helps users through the configuration process.
Zuum
Platform: iOS (iPad)
Price: Free
Zuum calculates the risk that you will develop six major diseases: heart disease, stroke diabetes, lung cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer. It also provides tips for the prevention of those problems.

Digg

Digg has had a go at revamping itself, and has released a new app, letting you read, digg and share stories. There's even support for offline reading, and you can save stories to read later on the Digg Reading List.
