Kleiner Perkins’ former hosting provider, Meteora Technologies Group, is blaming an employee for the accidental disclosure according its President Lowell Fletcher. TechCrunch notes that Meteora "no longer works with Kleiner Perkins."
An employee from Fruux found the MySQL file during a Google search. Fruux is a lightweight and convenient system preference pane, that "syncs your Address Book, Calendars, Tasks and Bookmarks between different Macs," according to their site.
