For those who want their Fire HD 10 tablet to look more like an iPad Air, Amazon is now offering the tablet in a silver aluminum all-metal enclosure.

And as a bonus, the aluminum finish won't cost you any more than the black or white finishes - a 16GB unit costs $229.99, while the 32GB option is $259.99.

But there more to the new aluminum-finish Fire HD 10 than a new shell - it is the only Fire HD 10 tablet offered with 64GB of storage for $289.99.

Just as with the other Fire HD 10 tablets. There's a microSD card slot that allows storage to be bumped up to a maximum of 128GB.

At only 7.7mm thick, the all-aluminum Fire HD 10 is one of Amazon's thinnest tablets ever.

It features a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 HD display with a pixel density of 149 pixels-per-inch, a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, and front- and rear-facing cameras. According to Amazon, the battery is good for up to 8 hours of reading, surfing the web, watching videos, and listening to music.
