While RIM was expected to make an official announcement on the BlackBerry Pearl 3G and Bold 9650 phones today at the WES show today, it looks like The Street beat them to it.
With both toting RIM's latest optical TrackPad, here is what has been revealed so far on each BlackBerry handset:
BlackBerry Bold 9650 (pictured above)
- Support for quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS or dual-band CDMA/EV-DO Rev A networks
- High-resolution display
- 802.11b/g Wi-Fi
- GPS
- 3.2-megapixel camera
- Availability: In U.S. on Sprint in May
BlackBerry Pearl 3G (pictured below)
- GSM device with tri-band, 3G UMTS support
- High-resolution display
- 802.11n Wi-Fi
- GPS
- 3.2-megapixel camera
- Availability: Bell, Telus, and Rogers in Canada
