Computershare IT director scales back role
Penny Maclagan, group information technology director for Computershare has stepped back into a non-executive director position this week.

in brief Penny Maclagan, group information technology director for Computershare, stepped back into a non-executive director position this week.
Maclagan has handed the company's IT responsibilities over to Stuart Irving, Computershare's chief information officer.
ZDNet Australia understands that Irving has managed the day-to-day IT management of the business since his hire in 2008.
Maclagan remains a member of the Computershare board, offering her technology experience and insights as required.
