DataCore steps up its Europe efforts

Storage virtualisation specialist DataCore Software is pushing further into the European market this week with the opening of its office in Munich, Germany.

The US company develops storage management software for SAN (Storage Area Network) systems. It launched its flagship SANsymphony product earlier this year. George Teixeira, president and CEO of DataCore, said the company was very pleased with the response to SANsymphony in Europe so far. He added that the Munich office will build on the base of the company's London and Paris operations, offering sales, customer training, technical assistance and partner support facilities.
