Elsa puts ISDN, 28.8 modem in one package

German graphics and communications specialist Elsa has released a device that integrates an ISDN terminal adapter with a 28,800bps fax/voice modem in a single package.

The firm's MicroLink ISDN/TL V.34 (£499 + VAT) automatically switches between modes and is aimed at professional support staff and small-scale remote access, said Phil Rothwell, manager of the data communications division at Force 2, Elsa's UK distributor.
