Is the Palm Eos going to be AT&T's WebOS device?

The rumored specs include:
- 3G data connectivity
- 4GB storage
- Price: $349 (pre-rebate)
- Camera: 2 megapixel fixed focus digital camera and flash / video capture
- Connectivity: Bluetooth 2.1
- Removable 1150 mAh battery
- A-GPS
So this looks like a slightly lower speced device than the Palm Pre with less storage capacity, lower resolution camera, and no mention of WiFi support.
I'm not sold yet on Palm rolling out too many products at the moment as they struggle with cash issues and have a need to demonstrate they are a player in the mobile space with WebOS. Hopefully, they don't extend themselves too much at this time.
