LG has debuted the E90 display, which happens to be "the company's slimmest LED monitor to date."

Most of the focus seems to be on the amount of space that this monitor doesn't take up, but here's what has been unveiled so far.

The LED-backlit panel boasts a 2ms-response time and LG's own Image Booster software to make blurry content from YouTube and similar sites into clearer and more radiant movies.

Naturally, LG wants everyone to know how green this panel is. For example, along with being free of mercury and halogen, the E90 uses up to 40% less energy than conventional CCFL-backlit LCD monitors.

Pricing hasn't been announced for this one just yet. However, the E90 will be available in "select markets" this month, and it will be shown off at CES in January.
