Logitech on Wednesday introduced its Wireless Desktop MK710, a keyboard-and-mouse bundle that features the company's unifying receiver and a three-hour "lifetime" battery life.

The MK710 is the first time the company has bundled products together with its tiny proprietary receiver -- a logical step for a feature such as this.

It's also the first such wireless product on the market with what Logitech says is enough battery life to last for the product's lifetime: three years.

The keyboard features the company's Incurve keys that are contoured to fingertips, and an integrated LCD dashboard for status of your battery, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, and Num Lock.

Meanwhile, the laser mouse is sculpted for the palm and offers "hyper-fast and click-to-click scrolling," courtesy of its metal spinning center wheel.

It will be available in April (U.S.) or February (Europe) for $99.99.
