Sun Microsystems is considering suing Microsoft following the software giant's anti-trust settlement last week. Sun's legal representatives have expressed the company's concerns that the decision will not serve to protect competitors. Back in June, US courts ruled that Microsoft had violated anti-trust laws and taken advantage of its position to spread a 'polluted' version of Sun's Java, which wouldn't run on Windows.
