MyPropertyHub announces that close to 5,000 agent members and 300 agency members have signed up with them since the soft launch in February 2000.
SINGAPORE, 17 July 2000 - The company announces the launch of its training and business centre facilities for
its agent and agency members, a significant offering in the local real estate industry.
To date, more than 3,000 agent members have already been trained to use their personalised web portals (constructed
by MyPropertyHub) as a an Internet tool to help market themselves and their services.
Each portal is linked to
property listings via a central database which is shared by the whole community, increasing the potential of co-brokering.
Stylecom International has invested close to $50,000 to set up a training and business centre, equipped with the
latest computer equipment and research materials as well as providing free basic training for new members to equip
them with the necessary skills.
"With the training and business centre facilities, MyPropertyHub is thus able to add more value to the agencies
and agent members' business and sales and ultimately, to their clients, the end consumer", added Mr Tan.
The training and business centre is open 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) between 10 am - 7 pm allowing members
to mix freely and to exchange ideas, cultivate networks and keep in touch with the latest market trends.
The centre will soon launch an Internet Marketing Course to assist members to market their individual portals.
This will encourage them to embrace the Internet as a new way to market their services in the new economy.
