Airboard does it sitting down...

The marketing gurus at Birmingham-based hi-tech specialist Arowana have cottoned onto the fact that selling a keyboard ain't that interesting. So they've stuck a joystick onto their funky new wireless keyboard, a CD volume control (plus 14 extra programmable function keys which are so top secret we can't tell you what they do) and called it... the Airboard.

Apparently the Airboard is a ‘must-have' accessory for anyone using the Internet because it's "aimed at the home www surfer who likes to sit back in the comfort of an armchair and browse". To do that, you'll have to sit within 23 feet of your PC -- maximum connection distance - but don't stay there too long: the Airboard uses four AA batteries and you'll run out after about 120 days.

If you want a peek at the Airboard in all its wireless glory, go to the Arowana Web site, or alternatively, call freephone 0800 731 8419.
