Atlastastic mate...

Yet more route planning software, this time aimed at those with slightly more ambitious travel plans than a trip to Birmingham.

AND Route '99 World is, I'm told, the first journey planner to cover all five continents. Atlas-style cartographic maps cover 6.5 million miles of road and 700,000 locations across the world. Not surprisingly the highest detail is saved for the US, Canada and Europe. Little extras include Internet links to 'live' travel and road information, various print and email options and multi-destination planning. Routes are worked out with accurate distances, driving times and full text directions. Even if you're not going anywhere, planning your fantasy road trip is a pleasant way to kill an hour at work.
