Much neater than daisy-chaining, a hub allows you to connect tons more peripherals to a USB port.
The PowerUSB M-Hub from TechWorks, first in its new family of USB hubs, has been designed specifically for iMac and G3s, appropriate enough seeing that Apple kicked the whole USB thing into gear. This curvy 4-way hub is very iMac-looking, and it's even got a removable top moulding in five translucent colours to match all the iMac flavours. TechWorks is even threatening to bring out colour co-ordinated cables next.
