RIM 'sues' Motorola over hiring blocks

Research in Motion claims Motorola is blocking it from hiring recently dismissed Motorola staff.

Research in Motion (RIM) is suing Motorola, claiming that the latter phone-maker is blocking RIM from hiring recently dismissed Moto employees, according to Bloomberg.

RIM, according to the report, said an agreement between the companies "not to solicit each other's employees" ran out in August, but suggests that Motorola is still blocking its former staff from joining RIM.

This could all be a bit tit-for-tat, though--Motorola sued RIM over a similar issue a few months ago.
