Sony Qlasp earbuds mix retro style with secure design

Sony has taken it upon themselves to fix that annoying problem of earbuds always slipping out of the ear, which is especially bothersome when exercising.

Based on the color scheme of the new Qlasp earbuds, the only two places you could wear these extra-secure headphones are the gym or an '80s party.

The funky-looking Qlasp in-ear headphones are designed to stay comfortably inside the ear thanks to the addition of a flexible clip to fit around the earlobe and keep the entire thing in place. I'm curious to see how this actually looks on a person and find out whether or not it will seem like everyone is wearing giant, multi-colored earrings.

But with 9mm drivers and 6–23,000Hz frequency response, these headphones aren't shabby. They aren't overpriced either with a $24.99 asking price. Although, the name is quite weird and seems like Sony was trying to hard to be clever - and I'm not the only one who thinks so.
