China-based Xiaomi dipped its toes into the US waters with the release of the Mi Box set-top box on Monday, retailing at $69.
The Apple TV competitor is capable of streaming in 4k at 60fps, thanks to its quad-core ARM processor, Mali 450 GPU and 2GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.
The set-top box is low-profile, sitting under your TV inconspicuously.
There's even a controller with dual-motor vibration feedback and a 3-axis G sensor for playing Android games on your TV set. Sadly, it's not available in the US.
Users can transport and expand the 8GB of internal storage with a USB flash drive.
Included is a Bluetooth controller with voice search.
The Mi Box is Google Cast capable, as it's powered by Android TV 7.0.
