Cornerstone OnDemand launches suite of 'people analytics' tools
HR recruiting and training company Cornerstone OnDemand announced the launch of its suite of so-called "people analytics" products.
The offerings include Cornerstone View, described as an interactive application to visualize employee data, as well as Cornerstone Planning, a planning application designed to that helps business create, manage and execute hiring plans.
"The volume and variety of talent data are growing exponentially, and the velocity at which this is happening is tremendous," said Jason Corsello, VP of strategy and corporate development for Cornerstone OnDemand. "With our workforce analytics offerings, we remove the barriers for organizations who want to answer important talent management questions but aren't quite sure where to start."
The analytics suite launched today also includes Cornerstone Reporting, pictured above. The product offers self-service reporting tools and visual dashboards that give users control of their Cornerstone system data.
The company also added two new dashboards to Cornerstone Insights, its predictive and prescriptive analytics product which launched last year. The service revolves around applying machine learning and big data analytics to make recommendations to customers.
