Finding and stopping, hacks, and cyber attacks today is mainly a manual process done by security professionals who hunt through code to fix vulnerabilities.

DARPA held the Cyber Grand Challenge competition to try and create automatic systems that could find vulnerabilities, build patches for them and deploy them in real time.

As more and more drones take to the skies, the need for effective flight path and zone management becomes more important. NASA is looking at drone traffic management solutions, and drones with inbuilt collision avoidance features like the DJI Phantom 4 will become cheaper and more available.
