The Sony Xperia XZ is rated at IP68, which means it can be immersed in water up to 1.5 metres deep (4.9 feet) for up to 30 minutes.
Samsung Galaxy S8
Both the Galaxy S8 and S8+ are rated IP68 and can be fully immersed in 1.5 metres depth of water (4.9 feet) for up to 30 minutes.
Lenovo Vibe P1M
The Vibe P1M has a 'nano-coating' to protect the phone from splashes and spills. This phone is not suitable for dunking in water.
HTC U11
The HTC U11 is dust and water resistant. It is rated IP67, which means that it can be immersed in water up to 1 metre (3.3 feet) without harm. This phone also has Amazon Alexa installed.
LG G6
The LG G6 is water resistant and rated IP68, which means that you can drop it in up to 1.5 metres (4.9 feet) of water for up to 30 minutes.
Motorola Moto G5
The Moto G5 and its big sister, the Moto G5 Plus, are both splash proof. The Moto G5 also has a removable battery, which is unusual for a water resistant phone.
iPhone 7
The iPhone 7 and the 7 Plus are rated IP67, which means it can be submerged in water up to 1 metre deep (3.3 feet).
