The smartphone space changes quite often, but now that all of the major holiday announcements have been made it is time to look at the best smartphones available as we head to the end of 2010. As you will see in the post and in the full article, Android is dominating the stage at the moment.

The Droid X is a large device that has appealing hardware and the latest Android operating system.
While the iPhone is starting to look a bit dated with all of the new smartphones, it still is a solid performer with LOTS of apps that people like to use.
The G2 is a very good Android smartphone and IMHO is the best on T-Mobile.
The G2 has a unique slider keyboard that works very well.
This is the highest ranking Windows Phone 7 device in the list and deserves the spot.
The HD7 has a kickstand similar to the EVO 4G.
Palm is still undergoing a transition to HP, but they are releasing a nice incremental upgrade to their Pre Plus line.
You can choose form a variety of colors.
My personal favorite is orange and that is what I own.
Dell may have one of the more unique Windows Phone 7 devices and it looks like T-Mobile is making out the best with these new devices.
The Epic 4G is clearly the best Samsung Galaxy S device available.
