Checkmark gives you location-based reminders. You can either locate yourself via the GPS or by an address on a map, and then create a reminder based on those locations.
For example, when you get home, there might be a reminder telling you to take the bins out. You can also use a radius, so that you can be notified as you're approaching a location.
