Steve Jobs was questioned by U.S. investigators about the employee stock options backdating scandal at Apple according to several reports citing "unidentified lawyers" published at ZDNet news.

In other legal news, the New York City Employees' Retirement System said it was picked as the lead plaintiff in a shareholder lawsuit against Apple over its stock options practices.
