Mumbai, Nov 29 (Asia Pulse) - Indinetwork, with E-commerce sites offering on-line marketing, has tied up with Madhya Pradesh Tourism and two travel agencies for offering on-line bookings for 25 hotels in the Northern region.

The bookings for these hotels would start soon on company's "Inditours" site, K K Majumdar, one of the promoters of Indinetwork said. "Over 25 hotels have communicated to us in writing on the willingness to be on-line on Inditours site, but our limitations have prevented us from doing it right away," Majumdar told PTI.

The company is also looking for venture capital funds for investing in company's E-commerce sites, he said, adding that a mandate has been given to a leading financial company to identify a venture capital. The venture capital fund could have a maximum of 30 per cent equity without any say in the management of the E-commerce sites, J P Biswas, another promoter of Indinetwork said.

Indinetwork was waiting for the E-commerce bill to be passed by Parliament which would permit on-line card processing in rupees, thus enabling the company to start doing business within India also. The company has other sites including "Indistores" through which an order was received within four days of its launch from the United States for delivery of a strawberry cake in the commercial city of Mumbai, Majumdar said.
