Lexmark Platinum printer

The Lexmark Platinum Pro 905 is a wireless inkjet printer with touchscreen controls, and one lucky reader can get their hands on the company's top-of-the-line device as the fourth prize in our Christmas competition.

Aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, the all-in-one device can print, copy, scan and fax. It is web-connected, meaning it can be used with Lexmark's SmartSolutions widgets. These include shortcut and workflow tools such as group faxing, an ID copy function that prints both sides of an ID on a single sheet of paper, and access to the company intranet and online news via RSS feeds.

It measures 12.1 inches tall by 18.31 inches wide by 15.42 inches long, and is controlled via the 4.3-inch touchscreen rather than by buttons.

The £399 device received an 'excellent' rating from the editors at CNET Reviews, a sister site of ZDNet UK, who liked its "fast print speeds, easy wireless setup, comprehensive driver features and foolproof SmartSolutions widgets".

Key features of the Platinum Pro 905 include the following:

  • Wireless
  • Eco-mode: automated two-sided printing, faxing and copying with one touch
  • Business card scan

The inkjet printer prize includes £100 worth of ink, courtesy of Lexmark. If you'd like to find out more about this printer, visit the company's website.
